"Estela is a woman who loves two things. She loves the Lord our God and she loves wellness and fitness. She believes that we have the Holy Spirit living in each one ofus. She has a wonderful way of tying these two things together. -Gail, Naperville Church of Christ member"

"Estela’s enzyme therapy is fantastic. She discovered my problem areas through a simple palpation, and then she customized an enzyme treatment plan based on my personal issues. The enzymes she recommended for me worked great, and the follow up palpations showed major improvement. ~Laurel"
"I came to Estela during a time in my life when I felt out of focus, tired, cranky, and overall not my best self. I missed ME! We started with palpations and analyzing/changing my diet to evaluate where my body was struggling. After several weeks, I was beginning to feel a lot better! The supplements and change in diet were one aspect, but another important element to my work with Estela was the focus on self-care, introspection, and findings ways to invite CALM into my busy life. The tools she's given me have helped me in looking at my own goals, my self-concept, my marriage, and my parenting in lots of new ways. It's been nearly a year since I met Estela, and I am so glad I took that leap! I feel healthier, calmer, and more capable in handling challenges than I have in several years. Balancing a full-time job, friends, family, kids, pets, volunteering, marriage, etc etc etc is a lot. I wondered if I was losing myself in the chaos, and now I feel much more in control of my path, my emotions, and how I participate in this wonderful thing we call LIFE! ~ Jessica"
"March 29 2019 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: On April 30, 2016, the women's ministry at the Naperville Church of Christ hosted a spring event titled, "Nourish: Recipes for a Healthy Body and Healthy Soul." We had several women speak on topics of spiritual health and we also addressed lifestyle aspects which contribute to a healthy body. This included discussing balanced nutrition (we provided healthy recipes along with a cooking demonstration) and we invited Estela Streacker to address the benefits of staying physically fit through proper stretching and exercise. Estela's part was a bit of a challenge as in our group of approximately 60 women there were those who had mobility issues. Therefore, Estela suggested setting up chairs so everyone could sit as she began her talk. I have attached the handout Estela used at our event. She demonstrated proper breathing, several exercises and stretching moves, as well as variations of exercises which could be performed while seated. She beautifully incorporated scripture into her talk and had those who were able stand up and perform the exercises while speaking on Ephesians 6:10-17. Her speech, with accompanying exercises, was very beneficial and very well received. She is a confident speaker and her passion for the importance of exercise is very evident. We would highly recommend her for an event at your church. With best regards,"
