So you’ve checked the box of healthy eating. You don’t drink too much caffeine, generally stay away from high fructose corn syrup, and work to avoid plastic.
But, do you still have bothersome symptoms like frequent colds, congestion, constipation or diarrhea, headaches or reproductive issues?
Your amazing body absorbs everything in your environment. It is continually interacting with the world and people around you. For some people, this can be overwhelming. Your skin, bones, muscles, nervous system, and heart all respond to your physical environment in sync, or not. For example, if you have a poor skin boundary, your body will not respond well to the pathogens that we continually come in contact with, and might block the good stuff we want to absorb. To complicate matters, you can also draw a figurative picture of skin, bones, muscles, nervous system and heart of your mental/emotional/spiritual body. So you see, it’s not as simple as…put good food in, and you will get good results out.
You are what you digest, absorb, assimilate, AND you become what you can’t eliminate. Let THAT sink in.
